Fruit Garlic is black garlic beyond black garlic.
White garlic carefully harvested in our own farm in Kyoto is fermented
without additives for one month to full maturity utilizing a unique technology.

It is brilliant black, tastes sweet and sour much like dry fruit
and is a high effective antioxidant.

Without the typical smell of garlic, tasted blindly,
you can't tell it is 100% garlic.

The quality is highly recognized by the top restaurants
including Noma, Martin Berasategui and Sant Pau.

Fruit Garlic Extract

This essence is 99.9% extract of fruit garlic,
delivering a richness like aged balsamic
vinegar without a strong garlic flavour.
Add a few drops on any source
or salad dressing to experience the difference.

Very mild vinegar made from fermented fruit garlic.
Mix with olive oil and fruit garlic extract
to create a distinctive salad dressing.
